1. What is the difference between weekly personal training and training via camera?

Weekly training: This includes preparing a personalized training program for you with weekly follow-up from the trainer to assess progress and adjust the plan according to performance.

Note: The program does not include a nutrition plan, but you can request one separately.


Camera training: Live video sessions with one of our trainers 3 to 5 times a week, to follow up with you immediately while you perform the exercises and provide the necessary guidance.


2. Are ready-made programs suitable for beginners?

Yes, we provide training programs for all levels — beginner, intermediate, and advanced — with a thorough explanation of how to apply the exercises and implement the plan safely and effectively.


3. Can I request a consultation before purchasing a training program or plan?

Certainly, you can book a consultation with a specialist in training, nutrition or physiotherapy, to help you choose what is most suitable for you according to your needs and goals.


4. How can I communicate with the coach during my weekly personal training?

Communication is via email or agreed-upon messaging applications, where a weekly report is sent containing feedback, revisions, and responses to your questions.


5. Do I need any special equipment?

It depends on the program. Some programs rely solely on body weight, while others require simple equipment like pull-ups or weights. The requirements are explained in each program description.


6. Do you offer services for women?

Yes, our services are available to both men and women, with full privacy maintained, and the option to choose a female trainer as desired.
